When you use AWallet Wallet, AWallet will follow this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") ) Collect and use your personal information. AWallet recommends that you carefully read and understand the entire content of this policy before using this product (hereinafter referred to as "AWallet Wallet"), and important information including the disclaimer and other clauses will be reflected in bold. This policy can be updated by AWallet online at any time. Once the updated policy is announced, it will replace the original policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using AWallet Wallet immediately. Your continued use of AWallet Wallet will be deemed to accept the revised policy . Once the revised policy is published on AWallet Wallet, it will automatically take effect immediately.

You understand that this policy and other relevant regulations apply to AWallet Wallet and DApps independently owned by AWallet on AWallet Wallet.

I. What information do we collect about you

Please be aware that we collect your following information for the purpose of satisfying your service needs in AWallet Wallet, and we attach great importance to the protection of your privacy. When we collect your information, we will strictly abide by the principle of "lawful, legitimate and necessary". And you know that if you do not provide the relevant information required by our services, your service experience on AWallet Wallet may be affected as a result.

  1. We will collect your mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, wallet address and other personal information.

  2. In order to meet your specific service needs, we will collect your name, bank card number, mobile phone number, email address and other information.

  3. You know: Your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, and Keystore on AWallet Wallet are not stored or synchronized to the AWallet server. AWallet does not provide services to retrieve your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, and Keystore.

  4. In addition to the above, you know that when you use specific functions of AWallet Wallet, we will give you a special reminder before collecting your personal information, requesting you to collect more personal information. If you choose not to agree, it will be deemed that you have given up using this specific function of AWallet Wallet.

  5. When you jump to a third-party DApp, the third-party DApp will collect personal information from you. AWallet Wallet does not hold any personal information collected from you by a third-party DApp.

  6. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, AWallet may collect and use your personal information in the following situations without your authorization: (1) Related to national security and national defense security; (2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests; (3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; (4) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself; (5) Collect your personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels; (6) Necessary for maintaining service safety and compliance, such as discovering and handling product and service failures; (7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

  7. The way we collect information is as follows: (1) You provide us with information. For example, you fill in your name, mobile phone number or bank card number on the "Personal Center" page, or provide an email address when you feedback a question, or provide us with additional information when you use our specific services. (2) We obtain information during your use of AWallet Wallet, including your mobile device information and your operation records on AWallet Wallet, etc.; (3) We copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, the transaction records are subject to the records of the blockchain system.

II. How do we use your information

  1. We use the unique serial number of your mobile device to confirm the correspondence between you and your wallet.

  2. We will send you important notices in a timely manner, such as software updates, service agreements and changes to the terms of this policy.

  3. We provide you with the option of "Fingerprint Login" in the "System Settings" of AWallet Wallet, allowing you to manage your digital tokens more conveniently and securely.

  4. We process the feedback you submit to us by collecting your public wallet address and mobile device information provided.

  5. We collect your personal information for AWallet internal audit, data analysis and research, etc., in order to continuously improve our service level.

  6. In accordance with the "AWallet Wallet Service Agreement" and other relevant regulations of AWallet, AWallet will use user information to manage and process user behavior.

  7. Laws and regulations and requirements for cooperation with regulatory agencies.

III. How do you control your information

You have the following autonomous control over your personal information in AWallet Wallet:

  1. You can import your other wallets into AWallet Wallet by synchronizing wallets, or import your wallets in AWallet Wallet into other digital token management wallets. AWallet Wallet will show you the information of the imported wallet.

  2. You know that you can modify your digital token type, transfer and collect funds and other activities through the content of the "Assets" section.

  3. You know that in the "Me" section of AWallet Wallet, you can freely choose to perform the following operations: (1) In "Contacts", you can view and modify your "Contacts" at any time; (2) In the "System Settings", you can choose not to turn on the "Fingerprint Login" option, that is, you can choose not to use the Touch ID verification service provided by Apple; (3) In the "personal center", you do not need to provide your name, mobile phone number, bank card and other information, but when you use a specific service, you need to provide the above information; (4) In "Submit Feedback", you can submit your AWallet Wallet questions and suggestions for improvement to us at any time. We will be very happy to communicate with you and actively improve our services.

  4. You know that when we collect information from you for a specific purpose, we will notify you in advance, and you have the right to refuse. But at the same time, you know that when you choose to refuse to provide relevant information, it means that you give up using AWallet Wallet's relevant services.

  5. You know that you and we have no control over whether your transaction records are public, because based on the open source properties of the blockchain transaction system, your transaction records are open and transparent in the entire blockchain system.

  6. You know that when you use the function of AWallet Wallet to jump to a third-party DApp, our "AWallet Wallet Service Agreement" and "AWallet Wallet Privacy Policy" will no longer apply, and it will apply to your personal information on the third-party DApp. We recommend that you read and understand the privacy rules and related user service agreements before using third-party DApps.

  7. You have the right to request us to update, change, or delete your relevant information.

  8. You understand that we can collect your information in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of Article 1 of this policy without your authorization.

VI. We may share or transmit your information

  1. The user's personal information collected and generated by AWallet within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored on a server within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If AWallet really needs to transfer your personal information overseas, it will obtain your authorization in advance, and perform cross-border data transfer in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and policies, and perform confidentiality obligations for your personal information.

  2. Without your prior consent, AWallet will not share or transfer your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases: (1) Obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance; (2) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you yourself; (3) The personal information collected is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels; (4) Sharing with AWallet's related parties, we will only share necessary user information and are bound by the purpose stated in this privacy policy; (5) Provide in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, and administrative or judicial organs; (6) When it comes to mergers and acquisitions, if it involves the transfer of personal information, AWallet will require the recipient of personal information to continue to accept the constraints of this policy.

V. How do we protect your information

  1. If AWallet ceases operations, AWallet will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information, announce the notice of the suspension on AWallet Wallet, and delete or anonymize your personal information held within a reasonable period of time .

  2. In order to protect your personal information, AWallet will adopt data security technical measures to improve internal compliance level, increase internal employee information security training, and set security access permissions for relevant data to protect your private information safely, and is committed to Use a variety of security technologies and supporting management systems to minimize the risk of your information being leaked, damaged, misused, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and modification. In addition, AWallet will take other reasonable and necessary measures to protect your information. For example, in a technology development environment, only de-identified information is used for statistical analysis; when a research report is provided to the outside, the information contained in the report is de-identified. AWallet will store the de-identified information separately from the information that can be used to restore the identification of the individual to ensure that the individual is not re-identified in the subsequent processing of the de-identified information.

  3. AWallet has established a personal information protection department to conduct personal information security impact assessments for personal information collection, use, sharing, and entrusted processing. At the same time, AWallet has established a relevant internal control system, adopting the principle of minimum sufficient authorization for staff who may have access to your information; systematically monitoring the staff’s handling of your information, and constantly training relevant laws and regulations and privacy security for staff Guidelines and safety awareness are strengthened and publicized.

  4. We will send you information about information security in the "Message Center" of AWallet Wallet, and update the information about wallet usage and information protection in the "Help Center" section of AWallet Wallet from time to time for your reference. Please be sure to keep your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, Keystore and other identity elements on your AWallet Wallet properly. When you use related services, AWallet Wallet will use your login information and other identity elements to identify you. Once you leak the aforementioned information, you may suffer losses and may be disadvantageous to you. If you find that your login information and/or other identity elements may or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures in time to avoid or reduce related losses.

VI. Protection of minors

We have made the following special agreement to protect minors under the age of 18:

  1. Minors should use AWallet related services under the guidance of their parents or guardians.

  2. We recommend that the parents and guardians of minors should instruct minors to use AWallet Wallet after reading this policy, "AWallet Wallet Service Agreement" and our other relevant rules.

  3. AWallet Wallet will protect the confidentiality and security of minors’ personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

VII. Disclaimer

  1. Please note that after you access a third-party DApp through AWallet Wallet, the privacy policy issued by the third-party DApp will apply. The collection and use of your personal information by this third-party DApp is not controlled by AWallet, nor is it subject to this policy. AWallet cannot guarantee that third-party DApps will take personal information protection measures in accordance with AWallet's requirements.

  2. You should carefully select and use third-party DApps, and properly protect your personal information. AWallet is not responsible for the privacy protection of other third-party DApps.

  3. AWallet will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information as far as possible under the current technical level, so as to avoid information leakage, tampering or damage. AWallet transmits data wirelessly. Therefore, AWallet cannot ensure the privacy and security of data transmitted through wireless networks.

VIII. Other

  1. If you are a user outside the People's Republic of China, you need to fully understand and abide by all relevant laws, regulations and rules in your jurisdiction and the use of AWallet services.

  2. In the process of using AWallet service, if you encounter any problems related to the use of personal information, you can contact us by submitting feedback on AWallet Wallet.

  3. You can view this policy and other service rules of AWallet in AWallet Wallet. We encourage you to check AWallet's service agreement and privacy policy every time you visit AWallet Wallet.

  4. Any translated version of this policy is provided for the convenience of users only, and there is no intention to modify the terms of this policy. If there is a conflict between the Chinese version of this policy and the non-Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.

  5. This policy will be applicable from September 26, 2020.

For matters not covered in this policy, you need to comply with AWallet’s announcements and relevant rules updated from time to time.

Please understand that the services provided by AWallet Wallet are constantly updated and developed. If you choose to use other services that are not covered in the foregoing description, based on the service AWallet Wallet needs to collect your information, AWallet Wallet will separately explain to you the scope and purpose of information collection through page prompts, interaction procedures, and agreement agreements. , And get your consent. AWallet Wallet will use, store, provide and protect your information in accordance with this policy and the corresponding user agreement; if you choose not to provide the foregoing information, you may not be able to use a certain service or part of the service, but it will not affect your use of AWallet Wallet Other services provided. In addition, third-party entities may provide services to you through AWallet Wallet. When you enter the service page operated by a third-party entity, please note that the relevant services are provided to you by the third-party entity.
